Three Year Programme

Course level: Bachelor-level, EQF level 6

Objectives of this level: This programme builds on the previous two programmes (certificate and diploma) and equips students to serve as effective church leaders by providing a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of biblical, theological, and leadership concepts. This year, as in the previous two years, pays attention to the growth of students in all three dimensions of spiritual, cognitive (academic), and ministry.

Please note that this is not a UK degree awarded by degree-awarding institutions in the UK.

Manner of Study:  same as previous two years.

Recommended duration for this course level:  5 to 7 years part-time

Number of credits: 60 ECTS (beyond the first two years of study); 180 in total

Credit distribution:

Students must take at least 18 ECTS in core courses, 8 to 12 credits in non-video courses and the rest in elective courses.

The total number of credits of the Three year, EQF level 6 Programme, which includes and builds on the previous two years (and the certificate and the diploma programmes), will be as follows:

  • Foundational courses: 28 ECTS
  • Core courses: 54 ECTS
  • Elective courses: 53 to 68 ECTS
  • Non-video courses: 30 to 45 ECTS

Students can choose any elective course offered by the school as their elective credits, provided they have already taken the prerequisite courses for that course. Prerequisite courses for each course are specified in the student handbook and also in each course description included in this document.
